Our Story Begins with Danny
From doorsteps to boardrooms — and everywhere people gather for change.
The story of DMAC begins with Danny McDonnell — nearly two decades shaped on the frontlines and boardrooms of fundraising. From knocking on doors and picking up phones to training fundraisers, building high-performing teams, negotiating global contracts, and shaping some of the world’s largest face-to-face programmes, his journey has always been about turning conversations into commitment.
Danny has worked alongside teams in more than 40 countries and supported operations in over 50. He’s developed and executed strategies across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, but it’s the people on the ground, the fundraisers, team leaders, and managers, who continue to inspire him.
